Why is my wireless charger blinking purple?

Given that I cannot find a website for Itian wireless charger pad company, and it looks like a Tilt knock off are a couple concerns I have. Next I see on Amazon.com a very very mixed back of reviews so it's possible the purple indicator is some type of warning, or compatibility notification. Typically this is were I suggest checking the manual but I wonder if you got one with it.
